Challenge:
To define and implement a HR strategy for a major Greek company to enable
them to achieve their business strategy and goals
Impetus Approach:
- Impetus recommended the appointment of
a Group Deputy Chairman to be developed and groomed for the role
for Chairman. We worked closely with him to agree on a development
plan to enable him attain the skills and experience required for
the chairman’s position.
- Impetus assisted on the hiring and integration
of a General Manager for one of the company’s principal divisions.
- Impetus carried out a major review of
the Group’s main HR practices such as succession planning,
recruitment, performance management and incentive planning.
- We are retained to provide ongoing advice
and assistance to this organisation.
Results:
Following this intervention, the organisation is now achieving its
business goals.
